Hogwarts: I Am Such a Model Wizard

Chapter 370: There is no normal person

Chapter 370 There is no normal person

After coming out of the principal's office, Kyle did not go directly to Hagrid's class. Instead, he went to the kitchen first and asked the house elves to buy some things for him.

It’s the tables, chairs and furniture in Professor Lu Ping’s office.

Although these items can be found as spares in the storage room or the Room of Requirement, Kyle thought about it and decided to buy new ones directly.

Professor Lupine also helped him cover up. Although he failed, he at least tried hard... He was too embarrassed to fool him with those second-hand goods.

The new ones are not expensive anyway, just a few badges.

The house elves came back in the evening, and Professor Lupin's office was also decorated. Facing the shiny new furniture, he still looked a little embarrassed, and he was careful about everything he did, for fear of bumping into it.

Kyle spent all the remaining money to buy candies and gave them to the house elves as thank-you gifts. The elves were so happy that they all brought various snacks and stuffed them into Kyle's hands.

By the time he returned to the common room, his pockets were as bulging as two Bludgers.

Originally, Kyle thought this matter would just go away.

Unexpectedly, just one day later, on Friday morning, the news that he blew up Professor Lupin's office because of a Boggart spread among the young wizards.

“There really are no secrets in Hogwarts.” Kyle sat at the dining table and took a helpless sip of pumpkin juice.

So far, in less than half an hour, more than a dozen people have come to ask him about the details of what happened.

But fortunately, they didn't know it was a powerful fire, and they just thought it was a more powerful fire spell.

 “Hey Kyle, is this true?”

As soon as he put down the cup, Fred and George walked over, arm in arm.

“It’s really touching.” Fred sat next to him and said with an exaggerated expression.

George squeezed out two tears and said, "I heard that you blew up the Boggart when you saw us dead."

“I didn’t expect you to value us so much…”

“There’s just one more troublemaker next to me...” George glanced sideways at Cedric who was eating stew, “Really, why is he there too!”

“Is this a good thing?” Cedric said speechlessly.

Looking at the appearance of Fred and George, people who didn't know better thought they were competing for Quidditch tickets... It would be too strange to complain that he occupied a death quota.

"But after you are added, we won't know who the dead person is!" Fred said matter-of-factly.

“Nearly Headless Nick only said there were two people, besides you, and then one of us…”

“We argued about this all night…”

"Wait a minute." Kyle interrupted the two of them, "You just said, Nearly Headless Nick?"

"Yes." Fred nodded, "He said that he drifted into the Defense Against the Dark Arts office while he was thinking about the problem, and happened to see the whole process."

Kyle suddenly understood.

He had always found it strange before. He and Professor Lupine were the only two people in the office at that time, and everyone else came over after the incident was over. Logically speaking, no one should know about the Boggart.

As it turns out, what they passed on was so detailed. Except for the part about Professor Lupine giving him money, everything else was completely intact, as if he was standing next to him at the time.

Kyle always thought that one of the professors had spilled the beans, but he didn't expect that it was Nearly Headless Nick.

And it's really right next to it.

"So, Kyle..." Fred stared at him with burning eyes, "Who is that person, me or George?"

“This is very important!” George also came over.

Cedric looked at the two of them, the corners of his eyes twitching. He could guarantee that neither of them had been so serious during the final exam.

“You two can do it.” Kyle was too lazy to pay attention to them and said casually, “Nearly Headless Nick saw it wrong. There were actually three people, but he didn’t see the other one.”

 “Really?” George didn’t believe it.

"Really." Kyle nodded, "If you don't believe it, you can ask Professor Lupin, he has seen it."

Fred and George stared at Kyle for a while to make sure he didn't look like he was lying. Then they returned to the Gryffindor table with satisfaction and began to show off.

Suddenly there were sounds of envy from all around. "I really don't understand what they are happy about." Not far away, Hermione closed the book with a snap.

The surroundings were so noisy that she couldn't even see in.

"You're right." Ron nodded beside him, "And it's just a Boggart, so why bother? A simple spell can solve it."

Ron looked very happy. This was the first time he felt that he had surpassed Kyle, and he was still studying.

But the next second, Harry poured a basin of cold water on him.

“But you have to admit that Kyle’s method is indeed effective, and it is definitely much faster than ours.”

Harry poured himself a glass of pumpkin juice, "Do you remember what Nearly Headless Nick said, the Boggart was eliminated in an instant, and nothing was left."

"It's just the fire spell. I can do it, but I didn't think of it at the time." Ron muttered softly.

Hermione frowned at the side. The book did not say that you can also use fire spells when dealing with Boggarts.

And she didn't think that Principal Dumbledore would deduct 100 points from Hufflepuff just because of an ordinary curse.

On the other side, just as Fred and George left, Connor's head suddenly came over from the side.

“What about me? Where am I?”

Kyle raised his hand expressionlessly and pushed her head to the side.

“Let’s just play without you and don’t join in the fun!”

Then he looked at Qiu who was eager to try, "You too..."

"snort!"

 “Bang!”

The two looked very unhappy, as if they felt they had been left out and treated unfairly.

Obviously everyone is friends, Cedric, Fred and George are all here, but they are not there, doesn't this mean that one is favoring one over the other?

Qiu snorted coldly, and pulled Kangna and ran to the Ravenclaw dining table.

Kyle felt a slight toothache.

He also didn’t understand. Is this a good thing, so he just squeezed in?

Forget about Fred and George. These two are inherently unreliable, and their focus is usually different from other people's. It's not surprising that they do outrageous things.

But Qiu and Kangna have become like this.

There is really no normal person around him?

Oh, no, there is another one... Kyle turned his head and glanced at Cedric.

After noticing his gaze, Cedric, who was eating pumpkin pie, hesitated for a moment and suddenly asked in a low voice: "How did I die?"

“I was starved to death of pumpkin pie!” Kyle sneered.

Well, there is no normal person around him.

 “Ha, how is it possible...”

Cedric obviously didn't believe Kyle's statement and waved his hand: "You must be kidding."

He said that, but looking at the half of the pumpkin pie left in his hand, he calmly pushed it aside and picked up a baked potato instead.

 …

There are more and more people around, and everyone seems to want to get first-hand news from Kyle.

Fortunately, at this time, the messengers came.

A large flock of owls flew into the auditorium and began dropping letters and packages to everyone.

While everyone was reading the letter, Kyle finished the last piece of pumpkin pie in three or two bites and hurriedly left the auditorium.
